Hi Richard; do you have the 521448-5 or 521448-4? I see you ordered the # RM-521448-5HK. I had to go in and add the hardware kit for the 521448-4 which is the Replacement Hardware Kit for Roadmaster Baseplate 521448-4 # RM68BF.

I contacted roadmaster their customer stated that the 521448-5 hardware kit will work with 521448-4 as well now between you and roadmaster I am confused ordered the 521448-5 my bracket kit is for the crossbar but I am doing away with crossbar and replacing those crossbar arms with direct connect arms according to roadmaster that can be done
