What you need is a light kit specifically for flat-towing. The Plug-N-Tow TM Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 42615, would be if the Jeep were towing a trailer and not for activating its lights while it is being towed.
There are a few options for lighting when flat-towing a vehicle. I have included an FAQ article that covers the various options. What it boils down to is how often you will be towing the Jeep behind the motor home.
If you do not plan on towing it very often, the best way to go would be a magnetic light kit, # RM-2120.
If you will be towing frequently there are 2 options. You can use a separate bulb kit, like # RM-155, or you can wire the Jeep with diodes using # RM-154. These are considered long term, permanent lighting solutions. The installation is more time consuming and involved but you will only have to do it once. I have included a link to a video showing a typical diode installation.
I have also included a link to our series of FAQ articles on flat towing that contain a lot of helpful information.

Hi Mike , would this installation apply to a tow vehicle with conventional lights flat towing a led equipped vehicle or is the an additional conversion neccessary?
