Hey Debra, thanks for reaching out!
The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller Kit # RED52VR will work for your 2021 Toyota Tacoma, but since you have the factory tow package installed it would be better to get the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller Kit # RED68CR instead because it comes with a custom harness that simply plugs into your OEM connector on your Tacoma as opposed to splicing in wiring.
I also recommend picking up the Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-002 so the control knob can be mounted into the dash and it will look like it's been a part of your truck from the start.
