What Camper Tie-Downs do I Need for My 2014 Ford F-350 for Northwood Arctic Fox 1150?

Updated 09/02/2025 | Published 08/09/2025

Question:

I type in tie downs for an arctic fox 1150 camper on a 2014 Ford F350 and I get a number of images. I click on an image and the message I get is this item not a fit for a 2014 Northwood Arctic Fox Truck camper. Please advise which tie down kit is?

Hello Doug,

Happy to help you find the right camper tie-downs for your 2014 Ford F-350 to attach your Northwood Arctic Fox 1150 (that’s a super nice in-bed camper you have there!).

Tie-downs are custom fitted to your truck, not your camper. You had your camper in the fit guide which is why they were saying they won't fit.

I see you were looking at TorkLift, great choice! For your F-350, you’ll need one of the following:

- If you have a standard bed (roughly 6 3/4'): TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL63VV

- If you have the 8' long bed: TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL57FV

***** Both of the above options fit trucks with the factory-installed hitch and running boards that do not extend past the cab (no running boards along the bed). If you have a different hitch or running boards that extend beyond the cab, please let me know so we can confirm the correct fit.

If you don’t already have turnbuckles, I recommend the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles for Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs - Qty 4 # TLS9529-2-LK. They’re well worth the investment, featuring locks for added security, and made from stainless steel for rust resistance and long-lasting durability.

Do you have your first trip planned for when you get things all set-up? Where are you headed?
