Inno Aero Bar for 2025 Honda CR-V

Updated 08/22/2025 | Published 08/07/2025

Question:

Would this work as the rear crossbar on a 2025 Honda CRV with flush rails? Edge to edge the rail is 44inch at the recommended mounting point. I have a 57inch that works on the front but the feet cant be adjusted far enough inward to fit on the rear.

Hi Jay; the Inno Aero Roof Rack for Flush Rails # IN59WR is designed to fit the 2025 Honda CR-V. The crossbars that come with this are the 51" and the 48". I would use the shorter 48" bar # INXB123 for the rear since that is the correct size for the vehicle.

Do you specifically need the longer crossbar for the rear? I can check with Inno to see if it will still fit, I think it will be really close if it does based on your picture with the 57" bar. The longest crossbar that will likely fit is the 51" # INXB130.

I went with the 57's because I need at least 4" of overhang on each side to mount Hullavators. I thought with the adjustable feet they could fit in both spots but as you can see that isn't the case. I was hoping that the 54's would be just short enough to mount while also being just long enough to use the Hullavators on.

@JayY did you measure inside to inside or outside to outside to get the 44" measurement you gave me?

@RobinH outside to outside. The 44" number is at the "recommended" rear mounting point. I could move it further forward as long as I maintain the minimum distance between the bars

@RobinH If you could even get me the minimum distance measurement between the feet for the 54" I can see if I can make it work somewhere.
