Hi we have a 2018 jayco jay flight slx and one of the awing gas struts broke i took a picture of the gas strut and it said on it Best 280343 I cant find this item can u help me

Hey Higinio,
Based off of that part number you go off your original gas strut it cross referenced to our Lippert replacement # LC280343. Its the same part number that you had on your original so it will be a great replacement. If you want to double check the dimensions of this replacement are 26" extended and15" retracted. The awning on your Jayco is most likely a Lippert which is why this replacement will work for you.
Is there anywhere on your awning you can find a model number or brand name?
