Can 1 SUP Be Carried With The LockRack Series-X Universal Adjustable Watersport Carrier LR24VR?

Can I also use this carrier to carry just a single SUP or is the hold down mechanism only designed for two?

Hi Adam!
I'll be honest, our verbiage on the page for the LockRack Series-X Universal Adjustable Watersport Carrier - Side Loading - Universal Mount # LR24VR is not the greatest. Actually, it's bad. You can use UP TO two SUPs with it, you do not need to have two for it to work properly. I am going to get that updated on the page as it took far longer to come to that conclusion then it should have. I apologize for any inconvenience that caused.
On a lighter note, what kind of SUP do you have? I had a lay down paddle board in the early 2000s and always liked it. Not sure what happened to it.
