Question:
Dear etrailer, My hitch rattles with my utility trailer and 2021 Nissan Frontier going down the road. I’m not sure which anti rattle would be best for my 2” hitch. I’m looking at the Road Master 2” Quiet Hitch RM-061, or the etrailer Anti Rattle Hitch Stabilizer for a 2” hitch My concern is the clearance around my area where these choices would be installed. Please look at photos. Would there be another choice? Sincerely, Ed

Hey Ed, welcome back! Looking at your picture there you have plenty of room for the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061 which is what I recommend. The Quiet Hitch is a high quality anti-rattle that will hold up nicely over time.
If you're still worried about being able to fit it on with that ball mount or other accessory, we also have our new etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar for 2" Hitch Receivers # e38FV. This is designed to stay on the receiver permanently so you always have it ready to go.

Robin, I suppose I would lean towards the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch #RM-061. What is the thread size of the U bolt or the nuts? Can I substitute a nylon lock nut for the first two nuts or the other two? I’m guessing maybe not enough thread length. Ed Laughlin
