What is the distance from the bottom of the mounting plate to the ground for this jack?

Hey Steve, on the etrailer jacks part # e34RV the distance from the bottom of the mounting plate down to the ground is 10-1/4 inches retracted and 20-1/4 inches extended.

Jameson, I purchased the e34RV item, but the bolts are very long (over 3”)! Do they have to be that long? I probably only need a maximum of 2” Edward

@Edward They are that long so they can fit wider applications than it sounds like you have. If you wanted to grind yours shorter or replace with shorter bolts you can certainly do that.
