Yes, and no.
Yes, because you can technically hobble along to the nearest tire shop to get the right size tire. No, because if that tire shop isn't as nearby as you were hoping, then you could really mess up your suspension.
What I recommend doing is picking up the Karrier ST185/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Aluminum Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 # KE33JR as your spare, that way you have a tire that matches exactly so you can safely travel until you're able to get another spare.
Did you find that smaller tire size cheaper than the size you currently have?
