Hi Eddie!

What you are looking for is the Roadmaster Replacement Arms for Base Plate Kits # RM-ARMS. The 1541-1 is a Roadmaster baseplate part number and having that will help. You will need to scroll down the page a little bit and click where is says "Installation Details". This will take you to a form that will need to be filled out, photographed or scanned, and then sent to Roadmaster (info on the form for that). Once the order is placed with us, we send over an invoice and they get to work on building you replacement. Little daunting, but not overly difficult. The build can take up to 4 weeks, but I generally hear it being quicker than that.

Out of curiosity, what happened to the original arms?

The original arms weren't with the car when I bought it. Does this baseplate need a crossbar?

@Eddie Gotcha. That happens pretty often. The 1541-1 is indeed a crossbar style baseplate. If you don't already have one, you will need something like the Replacement Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Tow Bars # 910021-00 to hook up to your tow bars.
