I mistakenly thought I was getting a set of four for the price I paid, I only got one, so I ordered a set of 4 end caps for less money with no shipping from [vendor].
The replacement end cap for my Yakima rack was identical to the original part. Given the age of my rack system and my affection for it, I was very happy to find a replacement end cap. Not inexpensive with shipping, but well worth it.
I ordered the Yakima crossbars and the caps were not included, surprising, but glad these were available. I wish I had known that I needed to order the caps separately, would have saved the extra shipping.
Glad to find that these are sold in a single quantity (as well as a four pack). I only needed one. Fast service and shipping.
They do what they do, a bit pricey, but I wanted them never the less.

This part # Y8790009 is 1 end cap for yakima crossbars. If you are looking for a quantity of 4, you will need part # Y8007026.

The tube caps still on the end of tubes. This was a hard to find part. etrailer had some in stock. Get them before round tubes disappear forever.
