Hey Tony, thanks for reaching out. The Kodiak 13" Hub and Rotor # KHR13858D doies have 5/8" studs but there are a few other things you will want to consider to be sure it will work.
Firstly, disc brake parts are brand specific. So the Kodiak rotors will only work with Kodiak brackets, calipers and brake pads. Please make sure this customer is currently using all Kodiak brake parts, and that their hubs are set up for oil instead of grease.
Second, the # KHR13858D rotor is for an 8,000 lb axle. You will want to have this customer confirm their inner and outer bearing sizes, as well as their seal size. This hub uses a # 25580 inner bearing, # 02475 outer bearing and 2.250" ID seal.
If the brand and bearing sizes are correct, you can be sure the hub will work for you.

Hey Tony, did you have a chance to confirm the brand and bearing sizes for the hub? I'm asking because it could help others who are considering a similar upgrade.
