Question:
I need a new RV rooftop airconditioner. My unit is DuoTherm 620425.331. It is a 13,500 BUT , but I want to replace it with a 15000 BTU. I want a quiet unit. - it must be ducted. What is the best unit to trade out the unit we have.

Hey Lisa,
In order to replace your original unit you will need to get a new AC system. Ac units are no longer compatible with different brands/models and we do not carry the DuoTherm line.
I recommend the Furrion 15,000 BTU # FR65TD ducted system for your set up if you are looking for a quiet unit. In my experience Furrion units are the quietest ones out of the batch that we carry and work efficiently. This is a full kit with the AC unit, distribution box and thermostat for you to replace.
What kind of trailer do you have this on?

Nick, We have a 2007 Four Winds Siesta 29 foot in length. The air is working after putting in a new capacitor. It is overheating the breaker. We installed a new breaker. The breaker heated to 121 degrees. From reading We think the compressor is weakening.
