Hey Angry John, what we've found is that any time you try and mix and match AC electrical components it's really hard to say how or if it will all work. With a Furrion Chill HE kit like the part # FR32PR you'd need to use a Furrion thermostat otherwise we can't say how it might work. This specific unit has it's thermostat built into the vent assembly so you'd need to reach up to it to make any adjustments.
For a similar setup that comes with a wall thermostat you'd want the part # FR65TD.
