Hey Michael, the SAE number of a trailer light isn't always the best way to pick out a replacement light since that isn't a part number. But most likely you are looking for a # A32RB which measures 4 inch by 2 inch and is red and for amber you'd want the part # A32AB.

If your original light is 4" L x 2" W x 1-1/8" D then Optronics light #MC32AB will fit in its place. If you have different dimensions let me know what they are and I can see if we have anything that is a match.
