Question:
Hi, I have a 2024 Legend branded Shorelandr single axle trailer. Boat and trailer are approx 2800lbs, tires are 13. I would like to add surge brakes. Would you happen to have a list of all parts I would need to accomplish this upgrade? thanks!

Hey Tim, the first thing we need to know is the axle capacity of your trailer so we can get the correct hub/drums and then build everything you need from there. I would assume it's 3,500 lb but it's still worth checking. Are you wanting to do drums or disc brakes? In the meantime I attached a couple articles on adding brakes to a trailer for you to check out as well.
