Will 1Up Bike Rack Fit Draw Tite Hitch of 2008 Subaru Outback Wagon
Published 06/12/2025 >
Question:
I have a 1up hitch rack that I want to use with a 2008 Subaru Outback. The 1up requires at least 3.5inch from the end of the receiver to the end of the bumper. The video shows 6inch from the center of the pin hole to the bumper, but does not have the measurement from the end of the hitch. Will this hitch work with the 1up rack? Thanks.

Hey Derek, the Draw Tite hitch part # 75560 that you referenced will work great with your 1Up bike rack and is also a fit for your 2008 Subaru Outback Wagon. The hitch tube is definitely long enough for your rack and it has an open back so you wouldn't have to worry about it not being able to set far enough into the hitch.

Thanks, Jameson. I'm more concerned that the rack will not be able to fold up without hitting the bumper. 1Up requires at least 3.5" from the end of the hitch receptacle to the bumper. The video shows 6" between the pin hole and bumper. Do you know how long between pin hole and end of hitch? Or, can you confirm 3.5" from end of hitch to bumper.
