Hello Sebastian, thanks for reaching out. The B&B RV Multi-Purpose Hatch # BM52MR has a plastic thumb latch. There is not a lock kit made specifically for this hatch. It might be possible to remove the plastic latch and replace it with a cam lock like part # 37200185. However, there is no guarantee this would work because the latch may not be removable, and the door is not designed to house a standard lock core.
The best option would be to replace the hatch with one that comes with a key lock. For that I recommend the following:
- B&B RV Electric Hatch - 6" x 11-1/16" - 2 Access Doors - 50 Amp - Key Lock - Black # BM32MR

Hey Sebastian, did you decide to try replacing the plastic latch with a cam lock, or did you go with the electric hatch that comes with a key lock? I'm curious to know how it worked out for you, as it could help others looking to secure their hatches.
