Hey Ray,
The Q Hitch Base # e56PR will not work with a Curt A20 head. The Q Hitch base is only compatible with the Q Hitch or Q-series 5th wheel heads. If you are wanting to use that hitch with your new Ram long bed you could use the adapter rails part # C29BR that would drop into the prep package and allow you to use the hitch you have.
What is your setup like on your current truck/hitch?

There is a review with picture showing A20 head on this. So it seems like the A series head will work! Correct me if I am wrong please.
