First time fifth wheel owner so I really didn’t know what to expect. The Curt Q 25 takes the guest work out of it. It was easy to hitch up and had positive engagement on the first attempt. At 5‘10“ I did have some trouble reaching over the rear dual wheels of my RAM to grab the handle but I can overcome that. So far the hitch feels great after 900 miles.

Everything worked as advertised. This is my first experience with a fifth wheel RV, Everything fit together perfectly dropped right in. My only issue was UPS not shipping the 2 boxes together, ended up waiting for 2nd box 4 days later. Other than that, e trailers Customer service was great fitting me with the right unit, saving me over $400.00 instead of getting it from the dealer, if you have any mechanical ability, you can do it your self.

I have to say shipping and delivering was extremely fast, I purchased my 5th wheel hitch on Friday and had it first thing Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately, the boxes were pretty tore upon delivery when the UPS driver delivered them. The fifth wheel hitch which is a Curt Q25 fifth wheel hitch was pretty simple to put together in 30 minutes once I reviewed a YouTube video on installation for mine 2022 Ram 3500.

This product after purchasing and using it for my first few trips was a little difficult due to not being broke-in since it was difficult connecting my 5th wheel where the jaws had a hard time locking the pin in place. After a few times, it worked like a charm and I have been using it with no issues ever since.

Received the product from UPS and the boxes were pretty well beaten up, but the product itself didn’t have any damage. I was sick right after I got it so I didn’t open everything immediately or look at the instructions or inventory anything but when I did finally look at the inventory I was missing some hardware parts. Amy J was helping me but I was in a rush because I have to pick up the new camper tomorrow so I had to run around town and find the parts. Took me four stores to finally get the ones needed. As a desk jockey it took me about 45 minutes to actually get it together and installed. Would have been sooner if I’d known upfront somewhere that the hitch separates from the top portion!!! Had a friend tell me that!!

I was immediately unhappy with observing how my hitch arrived. The hitch was in cheap cardboard boxes, 1 torn to shreds, im still trying to verify i have all components. This type of product should be shipped freight and either on a pallet or encased in solid foam inside a bound box.

Received the Curt Q25 Hitch this afternoon! Assembly was very easy taking approximately 30mins until the hitch was ready to be locked into the RAM Factory Puck System. Engineering design was well thought out, and locked into my 2020 RAM 3500 Dually perfectly. I was amazed with how easy it hooked up to my 5th Wheel Camper. Installing and removal of the Curt Q25 Hitch Setup is a breeze by yourself. I would purchase this hitch setup up all over again !

Ordered the Q25 on Monday and it arrived Friday as promised. The unit was very well packaged and there was no damage as I've read about in other reviews.
This went into my 2017 Ram 3500 long bed with the puck system. Installation was easy and took about 30 minutes working by myself. I had watched the installation videos prior to delivery.
The unit is very solid and appears well built. I'll be hooking up to my 38' Montana on Monday for the maiden voyage. I expect complete satisfaction.
Customer service from my first call through installation was fantastic! Coupled with the best price I could find I will forever be looking to eTrailer for my towing and trailer needs!

I am very happy with this 5th wheel hitch and etrailer Corporation. I originally had ordered a different hitch but was advised that there was a back order on that particular hitch so after contacting etrailer and speaking with Pat C we were able to work out a deal on the Q25 hitch. I have not gotten to tow with it yet but have installed it in my truck. This hitch is very heavy duty and you will probably need some assistance putting it together but with that said I am confident that this hitch will do the job I need it to do. I am very pleased with the customer service of etrailer and the quick delivery. I will definitely do business with them again.

I haven't towed with the hitch yet and can only say that I'm very pleased with the Q25 hitch for my 2017 Ram 3500. The instructions slightly contradict the available assembly video but I was able to unbox, gather tools, assemble and install the hitch in about 45 minutes.
Take note, the rear feet are larger than the forward feet, this will aide in determining the drivers side and passenger side frame. They appear identical otherwise.
It dropped right in the Ram Puck slots and I only had to adjust one of the feet to make it a little tighter.
I can't wait to hook it up and try it out.

Hitches very good. Wish for you to know the shipper was terrible. The boxes were just about totally gone but the hitch survived. Only issue I had was assembly. I wanted to take the top part of the hitch off. I didn't want to just pull hard after pulling upper pins called and no one really knew whether you could take it off or not. They gave me curt's number and I called them and they didn't seem to know either. I tipped the hitch upside down. Saw that there was nothing holding it.I lubed up the center post and it slid right out. It's the easiest way to access the bolts to tighten and torque, but I'm surprised no one knew this

Had a great experience with a great product. So refreshing to see something actual works as advertised. The site said it would fit my truck, be under the rail line and that was exactly the case. It takes about thirty minutes of real work to install. Working alone, it took me an hour - counting all the breaks. The GREEN/RED/YELLOW indicator on the handle makes it simple to know when it's locked, unlocked or ready to lock... Looking forward to hooking up the Toy Hauler.
