Are there 1-1/4" Hitches for a 2021 Cadillac XT5?

I need hitch for my 2021 Cadillac XT5. Hitch to be used for 1 1/4 bike rack. I am only able to find 2 inch hitches for XT5. Is there a 1 1/4 hitch for XT5 or do I need to buy 2 inch hitch and adaptor?

Hey Gregg. The only hitches available for the 2021 Cadillac XT5 are 2" ones like our etrailer item # e62AR. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 750 lbs maximum tongue weight.
What specific make and model bike rack do you have? Most of the ones that fit a 1-1/4" hitch won't let you use an adapter like the MaxxTow item # MT70033. You'll want to use a reducer sleeve like item # e63YR. This simply slides into the 2" receiver and makes it smaller so a 1-1/4" accessory will fit.
The main reason I asked what specific bike rack you had was because some of them have an option to add a shank or sleeve to fit a 2" receiver. You can add this information and any other questions you have in the box below that says Reply to Jerred H.
