Hello Shayne, thanks for reaching out. I checked with my contact at Curt, and they said the Curt CrossWing Lightweight Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # C32DR should only be used with standard gooseneck balls, and should not be used with an offset ball. The CrossWing hitch provides 5" of offset, so you would not want to add more offset to this setup.
