Question:
Hi. I want to add a 2 hitch to my daughters 2019 Subaru Forester but would like it NOT to ride below the bumper or with the minimum . Please let me know what model you recommend. Thank you.

Hey Mark, I have a couple hitch options to consider but none of what we have has it's hitch opening higher than the rear bumper. They all hang below like the Curt part # C47HR. This hitch has the advantage of only having the hitch opening hanging below the rear bumper which helps with ground clearance.
The best solution though is probably the Stealth hitch part # SH65MR which also only has the hitch opening hanging below the rear bumper but when not in use you can remove the hitch opening completely and it would be totally invisible and the ground clearance wouldn't be affected at all. What will your daughter use the hitch for?

Hey Mark, did you decide on a hitch for your daughter's Subaru? I'm curious to know if the Stealth hitch worked out for her, as it seems like a great option for maintaining ground clearance. Your experience could really help others looking for similar solutions!
