Is There Additional Cover Available for MaxxFan Deluxe 7500k Vent

Question:

Looking for a fan cover for a Maxxair 5700K w/remote. When ski/camping we could see a foot of snow at night and fans did not open, could be snow weight or other. The vent covers I have looked at appear to have the pin bracket too far apart front to back without interference to moving parts. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you for your help

Hey Donald, due to the lid design of the MaxxFan Deluxe part # MA00-07500K that you referenced there isn't a cover/lid available that is designed to fit it. Since the lid opens on it's own and doesn't allow rain in due to its design they didn't make an additional cover for it.
