Question:
Looking at the Firestone ride rite red label air bags for my 2019 chevy 2500 hd. I have a lift on the truck which gives me an additional 1” rear blocks. Do I need any kind of air bag spacer as well or will the bags be able to take up that additional 1” without issue? Thank you

Hey Brian! Blocks typically don't increase the distance between the axle and frame so you probably don't need a spacer to install the # F2709. If you want to double check you can measure the distance between where the upper and lower brackets will be on your 2019 Silverado 2500. If it is under 6-1/2" you don't need a spacer. If you have 6-1/2" to 7-1/2" between the brackets you can use the # F2536 you were looking at.
Are you planning to add an air compressor as well? If you do, make sure it is one capable of 150 psi like the Pacbrake Single Channel Wireless Air Spring Controls # PB89MV. This is a wireless compressor that works via the remote or the app on your phone. It will allow you to adjust the air bags from the cab of your truck no matter where you go. If you need anything else feel free to reply below.

Hey Brian, did you find that you needed the spacer for your Silverado 2500, or did the air bags work without it? I'm curious to know how it worked out for you, as it could help others in a similar situation.
