Hey Joaquin, thanks for reaching out!
The #84 E-Z Lube Spindle w/ Brake Flange # TRU87FR is a weld-on installation so it can technically work with any axle tube that the 2-3/8" diameter x 3" long stub can mount to. This is for a 3,500 lb axle so we'll need to make sure your axle(s) don't require more of a capacity than that.
You will need to have the old spindle cut off and this welded on exactly, so I highly recommend having someone do the installation that has some experience in this field otherwise you might get stuck with a slight offset that can throw things out of whack.
Are you wanting to add the drop for any specific reason?
