Replacement E-Z Lube 4" Drop Spindle for 3,500LB Leaf Spring Trailer Axle

Question:

You say multiple times in questions and description fits 2 and 3/8sinch axles.... Is that outside diameter or inside diameter? The outside diameter on my 3500# unknown name consignment auction brand new axles are roughly 2 and 3/8s, so?? I need to cut them shorter and weld down spindles on.

The #84 E-Z Lube Spindle w/ Brake Flange for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # TRU87FR is designed to fit 3,500lb axles that are 2-3/8" outside diameter. The narrower portion of the spindle is roughly 2" to fit inside the axle tube and will angle out to the 2-3/8" to provide adequate surface area for a stronger weld.
