Can PullRite PUL73RR Be Converted To Work With Industry Standard 5th Wheel Rails?

I have a 2016 ford f350. I have a pullrite PUL73RR. I would like to convert the PUL73RR from puck to universal rail type system can the side brackets be removed and replaced with something that is a rail system? And then what rail system would i use on the truck side? The truck does not have oem puck system fyi. Thanks

Hello David, thanks for reaching out. Yes, it is possible to convert your PullRite # PUL73RR puck system hitch so it will work with an industry standard rail system. What you will need is Pullrite part 2911 which is the short mounting foot set. Sadly, we do not carry this part here at etrailer but it will not be hard for you to find. That part would replace the mounting plates.
We do have the rail kit for your 2016 Ford F-350, for that I recommend the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford # C16424-104. This comes with brake brackets, rails and all necessary hardware.
