Can 15 inch Trailer Wheels be Used with Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit for 3,500 lb Axle

Question:
I currently have 14inch rims on my 3500lb single axle travel trailer. If I install brake kit HYD82FR electric over hydraulic can I upgrade to 15inch rims in the future and not have any mechanical interference?
