Is Curt TriFlex NEXT Plug and Play for 1997 Ram 2500

Question:
Will this controller be plug and play with existing plugs on a 1997 ram 2500? I am unsure if it has a factory towing package. In the attached photo, the open plug to the left is supposed to be for a trailer brake controller, or so I am told.

Hi Tanner! The Curt TriFlex NEXT Trailer Brake Controller # C43GV does come with a custom wiring harness. The end of the harness looks like the picture I attached below. Your picture is a tad blurry and I can't really see into the connector so I'm not 100% sure if that is it. Looks a little too small and square to work with this. I also attached a picture from an installation video on an 09 for your reference.
