Hey Patrick, for your 2020 Chrysler Pacifica you can use the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98903 with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56322.
This trailer hitch has a class III receiver, a 4,000 lb capacity, and a simple bolt on install. The wiring harness is super easy to install as well, it just plugs into your exisiting wiring, no splicing needed.
