It has an outer diameter of approximately 2.34 inches, a 1/2-inch center bore with a keyway, and measures about 0.5 inches thick. The gear has 26 teeth just like yours in the picture, that is if course because I counted the ones that are no longer there.

Hi Kate, The client wasn't sure how it broke but I did tell her to be careful of how long she holds the switch after it has completed its open/ close cycle. The gear fit perfect and worked perfect thank you!!!
