Does Exhaust of 2015 Lexus RX 450h Get Modified to Install Draw Tite Hitch

Question:
This question is about the 2018 450 and I have a 2015 450h which is a different body style. The point about having to adjust the height of the exhaust - does that apply to 2015 as well? https://www.etrailer.com/question-340684.html

Hey Aaron, since the 2015 and 2018 Lexus RX 450h are different enough to require a different hitch fit the install instructions are not the same regarding the exhaust. The Draw Tite hitch part # 75676 that fits the 2015 does not require having the exhaust permanently lowered.
