Will etrailer Anti-Rattle Device e38FV Rust

Question:
Hi, will this product rust or will the tightening screw seize up? as I have the U bolt system and it really hard to change trailer balls. Thanks John.

Hey John, the etrailer anti-rattle device part # e38FV is powdercoated steel so it's not going to rust. Are you in an area that gets a lot of salt on the roads in the winter?
