Does The etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar e38FV Come With Stainless Steel Hardware?

Question:
2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E Hi all. A recent review revealed that the cap screws were not stainless steel, which presumably means the tightening knobs bolt isnt stainless either. By any chance has etrailer upgraded those bolts, or are plans afoot to do so? Thank you!

Hello Matt, thanks for reaching out. You are correct the screws and knobs on the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar for 2" Hitch Receivers # e38FV are not made of stainless steel. This is a pretty new product and it is still on its first generation model. We do have plans to make a second gen model and that would include upgraded hardware along with a few other potential tweaks. There is no ETA currently though. These things take time.
