Hello Richard, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL57595 will be compatible with a Roadmaster sway bar installed on your 2018 Ram 3500 Dually. The air springs will fit at long as your truck is not equipped with the factory air suspension system.
I also recommend adding an onboard compressor such as the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL58WQ. This will allow you to monitor and fill the air bags using the Air Lift smartphone app. Definitely a worthwhile investment if you plan to tow frequently.
