I spoke with my contact at Air Lift about kit # AL57295 on your 2014 Ram 3500. He stated that what you are experiencing is normal. What I recommend is getting the truck loaded up and the trailer coupled and then adding however much air is needed to the air bags.
If this is a 5th wheel trailer then at 25,900 pounds the pin weight pressing downward on the rear axle will be around 5,180 pounds so in that case it would be slightly over the capacity of this system. If you are not towing the trailer at its full weight though it will be less and within the capacity of the air springs.
Air Lift has a higher capacity system for 4x4 models, # AL57595, rated for 7,500 pounds. And the Firestone equivalent is # F2710 also rated for 7,500 pounds.
