How Does the Replacement Lippert Power Gear Leveling Kit Wire to Older Control Board

Question:
Good Afternoon, I just came across LC359259 on your site. I have a 2004 Airstream Land Yacht on a Workhorse chassis with power gear 4 cylinder leveling system. Control pad is 500456 and controller is 500457, so far so good. Reading through the FAQs and reviews it appears that some installations need to change the ground/power at the solenoids. Is the wiring change needed for every install, or is there some way to know if that will be necessary. Thank you, Keith

Hey Keith! I did some research it and does look like you have the older Power Gear control board meaning you will need to change the wiring that used to be used for power and ground that side of the solenoid.
