Hey Jim, welcome! Thanks for all the info, it really makes our jobs easier! For a replacement, I'd suggest going with the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer # AM10140.
This tire will work with 12" wheels, has a 1,520 lb load capacity, and an M speed rating which will let you go up to 81 MPH.
