The Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" Galvanized Spoke Wheel # AM31202 does not come balanced as trailer tires are designed for supporting heavy loads and not a smooth ride. You can take them to a shop and have them balanced or we do have the Counteract Tire Balancing Beads # CA68VR which will allow you to add them to up to 4 of these size wheels and tires. The beads move to find the light spot in the tire and balance the tire while you drive.
If you find a wheel and tire which does come balanced I recommend having the balanced verified as wheel weights can fall off in shipment.
