The 4-way trailer connector wiring harness I recommend for your 2008 Ford Econoline E-350 Van is the part you reference, part # 118551. This custom wiring harness adds a 4-way flat trailer connector at the back of your Ford Van to power your trailer's signal lights. The T-One connector plugs directly into your existing wiring. Some installations of wiring part # 118551 may require additional wiring depending on how you route the power lead.
