Hey Today ( cool name ) yes, the 1" High-Rise Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNXA2050 will work with the Shocker Hitch Air Cushioned Gooseneck Coupler # SHK79MR.
This coupler is designed to work with 2 5/16" Gooseneck hitch balls like the B&W, so you'll have no trouble there.
What kind of trailer do you have? Let me know in the comments if there is anything else I can do for you!

Thanks for the reply on the B&W 1 inch high rise ball use with the shocker hitch. Here’s a new one you might find interesting on the Shocker Hitch - called them to tell them they need to replace the grease Zerk on the shocker Gooseneck (9” extension) with a 45 dgree or 90 degree grease zerk so you had access for greasing without a 90 degree adapter. They responded when asked what size it required they said the existing grease zerk was a 1/4-20 thread.
