Hey Wayne! Thank you for the picture of your axle tag. Your axle uses # 25580 inner and # LM67048 outer bearings with # RG06-070 (10-36) grease seals. For a complete bearing kit you can use the # BK3-300. If you need anything else feel free to reach out in the comments below.
