I have a 25 durango rt plus awd 5.7 I want to set it up to flat tow. What will I need ?

Hey Tim, thanks for reaching out!
Just to make sure we're all on the same page, I checked out your online owner's manual and it states that you can only flat tow your 2025 Dodge Durango if it's an AWD with the two-speed transfer case, so you'll want to check on that prior to getting all of the parts needed.
With that being said, here are the parts I recommend using for flat towing your Durango:
- Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM26VR
- Roadmaster Nighthawk All-Terrain Tow Bar w/ LED Lights # RM-676
- Accessory Kit # RM-9284-2
- Brake Kit # DM86VR for motorhome hydraulic OR Brake Kit # DM26VR for motorhome air brakes
- High-Low Adapter (see article - tow bar height is 16-1/2")
I really like the Roadmaster towing parts because they are really reliable, and the LED lights make the tow bar more visible. The Demco brake systems are the best on the market and are super easy to set up once they've been installed.
