Hello Hope, thanks for reaching out. Yes, adding Timbrens to your 2016 F250 will definitely help reduce that sagging while you tow. Since they just bolt right on, it is a very easy way to beef up your suspension without any modifications or electrical work. They may not get the truck perfectly level, but they will help to reduce sagging and improve stability anytime you are under a load. They can make the ride a bit more rough when you are not towing, but since there will be a gap between the Timbrens and the axle when unloaded, this really would only come into play when you hit a big bump and the suspension compresses.

For your 2016 F250, the correct kit is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR250SDG.

Hey Hope, how did things turn out after adding the Timbren rear suspension system to your F250? Did it help level out the truck and improve stability when towing your trailer? Your update could make it easier for others dealing with the same sagging issue.
