How to Determine Serial Number for Replacement Key Fob for Retrax Tonneau

Question:
I dont see a serial number on my retrax system. Since I purchased my 2015 Ford F250 truck used in 2017, I must think that it is an older retrax model. Any idea how to get that key fob replaced? Thank you in advance!!

Hey William, did you check the serial number of your cover yet? If the number is higher than 1701 the replacement remote part # RTX36TR is correct for it. I attached a picture that shows where you'll find the number.
