Question:
I have a Retrax XR cover that I am looking for a replacement fob for. This model doesn’t have the circuit board to put it in program mode so I wasn’t sure if there was a specific fob for it. SN 23100802984001

Hey Baily, based on your serial number the correct replacement key fob is the part # RTX36TR that you referenced. Here is the pairing process:
1. Disconnect power to receiver for 2 minutes. Connect receiver to power
2. Press the STAR (Light) button for 1 second to clear the current internal code
3. Press "C" and "O" button at same time until the small indicator light on key fob begins flashing
4. Release the buttons
