Hey Richard,
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C67ER's M12 fasteners would need to be torqued to 60ftlbs. While I doubt this torque setting will change since these are threaded into factory weld nuts it's always best to reference the installation manual for any updates. I've attached the installation manual below as well as Ian's installation video to help walk you through the process.
If you haven't picked out your wiring harness yet and plan on towing a trailer at some point then I recommend picking up the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118784 if you have the tow package or the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236 if your model does not. To check if you have the tow package you'll need to check jest behind the rear driver's side wheel mounted to the outer wall of the vehicle. I've attached a picture of this as well as Brad's installation video where he'll show you how to find it below.
