Question:
Hello, I’ve got a 2001 Ford F-350 Crew Cab 8ft bed diesel I just purchased a Reese 30866 5th wheel hitch and it came with the 48inch J2638 rails. I am looking for the proper frame mount kit and it’s been difficult finding exact information on this. Think you could help?

Hello Jaute,
Thank you for the pictures, they are most helpful. For your 2001 Ford F-350 Super Duty you are going to want the Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Custom Installation Brackets - Ford Super Duty 1999-2004 # 50043. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
Do you have the first trip planned for after you get things set up, if so where are you headed?

Hey there, Thanks for the reply. I ended up purchasing the brackets with the model number 50043. Is this still going to work? I was being a bit impatient. The lady and I love Riggins, Idaho. We also have 5 dogs so it’s difficult to travel and rent a place to stay. The 5th wheel is going to be our home on wheels for when we wanna get outta town.
